Products for Retailers

Phil Sproson Photography provides local scene greeting cards, postcards, calendars, fridge magnets, keyrings and mounted prints to many shops in the Peak District and surrounding areas. Please feel free to contact me to chat about stocking my products, or, if you want to know where a local stockist is, I will be delighted to help.

Working with Retailers to provide local scene products is our specialty

I work with retailers to produce products that are completely relevant to their locality, and I will, working with them, ensure that a town, village or region is covered well photographically. See below for a number of case studies…

Case Studies:

Peak District National Park managed Tourist Information Centres : I supply greeting cards to the Peak District National Park Authority managed Tourist Information Centres in Castleton, Edale, Upper Derwent and Bakewell, as well as Parsley Hay bike hire, and this year (2017) I am working with the National Park to produce a charity Christmas Card pack of 6 that is branded with their logos, slogans, and text.

Buxton Tourist Information Centre : I have worked with the Pavilion Gardens to produce a full range of photographic products that feature Buxton, and its many scenes and attractions, supplying them with postcards that are beautiful and vibrant. These attract thousands of purchases every year and I am always adding to and refining the range.

Crown Cards, Matlock : Working with Crown Cards, I have photographed many scenes in Matlock and Matlock Bath and I chat regularly with the shop owner to see what customers have been asking for. Armed with this knowledge I spend time in the town to capture the scenes that visitors particularly want.

Darwin Forest Holiday Park : Together with Darwin Forest I developed a range of 4 panel postcards that represented the places that their many, many guests visit during their stay. We produced 3 designs for the Peak District, 1 design for Matlock, 1 design for Buxton, and 1 design for Bakewell, and these carried Darwin Forest branding to the reverse.  I have produced fridge magnets, greeting cards, and keyrings that are also branded to Darwin Forest.

Adventure Café, Hope : Working with Rachel at Adventure Café we created bespoke keyrings that included photographs of their superb café and had their logo on the reverse side.

Grindleford Station Café : The wonderfully renowned Grindleford Station Café uses our services for images of Padley Gorge, Totley Tunnel, their café, and Hope Valley scenes for their postcards, greeting cards, keyrings and fridge magnets.

Yorkshire Bridge Inn / Ladybower Apartments, Bamford : Working with Helen and John we created bespoke complimentary postcards that were branded to their business completely to allow their guests to send postcards during their stay in the Peak District.

Anglers Rest, Bamford : Working with the Anglers Rest Community Pub, we produced bespoke Peak District Calendars that featured the pub to the cover, as well as their own branded postcards and keyrings.

What people are saying about my photography…

“Phil is a fine photographer and a lovely person to work with. Happy to recommend him.”

Edwina Currie Jones, Currie Jones Associates Ltd

“We have used Phil a couple of times for our internal holiday cottages shots. We highly recommend him, he worked within our time slots and produced some fantastic photographs for our website, he is very creative and always seeks to find the best shot. Best of all he took the time to understand our needs and what ‘image’ we were looking for… Excellent work.”

Stephen Ogan, Blakelow Farm Holiday Cottages

“Phil is a superb landscape photographer and web designer. I’ve worked with Phil on numerous projects and he has developed my websites from scratch. He is a total professional and nothing is too much trouble. He has produced some brilliant landscape calendars and is working on other calendar projects with Shhmedia Calendars to produce made to order Calendars such as my Calendar of model, Zara Watson. Phil is now producing a fine art website for me as a print sales site. I am looking forward to working with him more.”

“Phil has delivered landscape photography tuition on some of our guided Peak District walks for our clients. As well as covering the basics to the group as a whole, he spent time with individuals providing one to one coaching, tailored to their individual needs. Everyone on these landscape photography workshops went away delighted with the results that they had achieved, and with a new set of skills to put into practice in the months to come.”

Cath Lee, Peak Walking Adventures

We just wanted to thank you again for a really useful, informative and enjoyable day on Sunday. Your coaching in the use of the camera was first rate and we really value the follow-up email and advice. I’m sure we’ll be tapping into your expertise again in the future.

Angie Ford

Having worked with Phil on a regular basis for a mutual client, I have been consistently impressed with his attention to detail in his photographs. Phil is efficient and very organised in his work and I would recommend him for any form of Landscape, commercial & lifestyle photography.
