I have been given the honour of being the official photographer for the Hathersage Hurtle. Now having walked the route, all 20 miles of it, to look for good points to photograph the event, I can say that this will be an event that you will want to do. Granted, it is a challenge to walk or run, but the views and feeling of accomplishment outweigh all of that. Below is the sweep of the mighty Stanage Edge captured from Stanage End with Bamford Edge in view..
